You guys, let's kick off the show with the end of an era.

The very last full-size K-Mart store in America, which is in Bridgehampton, New York, is going to close on October 20th.

Did you hear about this?

Yes.

No.

Yeah, Bridge Hampton's about, I don't know, an hour and a half or so outside in New York City.

And there's two Kmart locations left in the United States, Continent of the United States.

There are two Kmarts, which shocked me because I was, the last Kmart, now to be fair,

the last Kmart that I walked into was in Loveland, Colorado in probably 2019.

So it's been a minute since I've been in a Kmart.

But the other one is in Miami,

and it's much smaller and has a much more limited range of products.

The Bridgeampton Kmart is the last full-sized Kmart in America.

The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and they're gone. And if you think about it,

so Kmart wasn't just a store. It was part of American pop culture for a hot minute. Remember

the Blue Light specials? Oh, God. Oh, yeah. We'd chase that thing all over.
