Hey guys, what's up? I'm coming in today because it's the all things reconsidered launch day.

So I'm here because when your book comes out, you just get to be mega-lomenico,

the whole day, and you get to do whatever you want, however you want it, and stuff like that.

Really though, I'm just here because like, I want to say this, I know you're going to be

andundated with stuff about the book all day. I get it. It's not what you want. It's not what I want.

But this is just how it's got to be for attention span reasons, and so we will get through this together.

But accordingly, instead of just yammering on and on about the book, we wanted to drop the

forward of all things reconsidered here because it felt fitting, you know, because Jamie wrote in,

because it's my book. It just, that's the Venn diagram where we overlap, so it felt like

great thing to drop on this feed. But before we do that, you know, in the spirit of the book,

I wanted to share a little inside baseball about how this forward came to be. So to go back a little

bit for the wondering years, I purposefully didn't have endorsements, and I didn't have someone else

write the forward. Part of that is because I just, you know, honestly, I didn't feel the permission

to ask others to endorse and support the book because the whole time I think I was learning how to

write a book, so it felt weird to ask people to greenlight it when you yourself, like when I,

myself was not exactly sure of what I was doing. But also, you know, there was a lot of chaos with

that book, and I was kind of just holding on for dear life. So it was like, let me just get through

this book, and then maybe for the second one, I can go down that road. So, you know, as I got ready to

create this book and start to work on it, I realized I really wanted that whole process to be

different. I wanted endorsements from very specific people, and I very much wanted someone else,

besides me, to write the forward. And very early on, I knew that I wanted Jamie to write that forward.
