Summary

For many people, auras are energetic or mystical concepts that tend to be reserved for the spiritual realm. In reality, they are biologically generated electromagnetic fields that surround all living things and have a place in particle physics. Understanding our auras can help us better understand and improve our energetic bodies (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) and overall health.

Amy Leigh Mercree is a best-selling author, holistic health expert, and medical intuitive. Amy works with people to help improve their lives, which includes finding the root cause of imbalances in the energy bodies using aura work.

In this episode, Nichole and Amy discuss the anatomy of auras and how they are made up of subatomic particles called photons, that comprise of light and electromagnetic force. Since the movement of photons impact almost every area of the body, understanding what the colors of the auras mean can indicate what is going on physically. Amy also discusses the relationship between auras and chakras and presents a brief intention exercise to infuse the aura and the body with joy (from 37:56 to 41:40).
