They are believed by theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the mental plane.
Hedi Luv runs it back with Joel for Part 2 of their series on the Akashic Records to explore one of the foremost people to ever talk about the universal memory, Rudolph Steiner. They expound on who Rudolph Steiner was and his connections to the Theosophical Society which he eventually spawned off his own religion, Anthroposophy. They go through his ground breaking book, The Cosmic Memory, and what he discovered about the ancient world after connecting to the Akashic Chronicles. Finally, Joel and Heidi break down his book, Knowledge of the Higher Worlds and Its Attainment, and the process of meeting the “Guardians at the Threshold” to retrieve knowledge from the divine.
