Microsoft the latest example a few weeks ago it

debuted a new category of personal computers with AI features. It's co-pilot plus

PCs. Now the most exciting feature was recall. This is a tool that can search and access

anything you've ever done or seen by your PC and it takes screenshots of your

desktop every five seconds. That's how it works at the time it was called a game changer and key to

unlocking the future of PCs. Its premise however hinged on keeping that data

local and private which turned out not to be the case. Security researchers have pointed out that recall is a hacker's dream come true,

able to give them access to the underlying data of which there is a lot of.

So now ahead of that June 18th debut of Co-Pilot Plus PCs,

Microsoft is in damage control,

assuring users that the recall feature
