Well, I woke up not great.

It was at a wedding in Seattle, you know, did the, hit the bottle a little hard, went out to a club, all sorts of stuff.

woke up this morning.

It was like, oh, over did it.

But felt a lot better when I was driving down I five.

Back to Portland and I got the text from you and you're like, actually, do you want to record today?

I was like, sure. Why not do not so you got it got a sweat and a nap in in between uh those two things

and uh feeling a whole lot better than when I woke up this morning so two things you forgot
