It is the aftermath.

Phil Perry coming to us from Pittsburgh, where I want to ask you first about two plays at the end of the game.

They were wide zone runs.

They were stretch runs.

You could have put Mack Jones in an 18 jersey and he would have looked just like Peyton Manning.

Interesting to see the way the Patriots closed this game against Pittsburgh, get

themselves to one and one and do so with something we said, well, geez, they're just

pissing up a rope trying to get this done.

God bless them. A little bit of vindication.

Yeah, I asked David Andrews after the game if that was sort of a statement that they had made

by running as well as they did on those last two wide zone runs, 10 yards from Damien Harris

and then five more from Ramandre Stevenson to close the game out and finish it off.

And he said he didn't look at it that way.

You know, he wants them to be able to do whatever it is they're asked to do regardless of scheme.

But I think scheme is part of the story today, Tom, because those wide zone runs and zone runs in general are something they have been hammering since the start of the summer and it hasn't gone well.

It's been a new system for these guys.

It's been hard for them to figure it out.
