Hi Clint, thank you so much for joining us today.

Hi, thank you so much for having me.

Now, can you tell our listeners a little bit about your specialty in the world of alcohol and academia?

Well, I'm kind of a travel and spirits historian and enthusiast, hobbyist maybe.

I'm an English professor by day, but I've written pretty extensively for

the oven to post and eater and photos and a lot of different magazines on spirits and travel.

Spirits meaning the kind you and vibe.

Excuse me.

And I've co-authored a few books, Drunken History, which is kind of a deep dive into history and

man's relationship, well society's relationship with booze, which came out before the TV show,

I might say so we didn't rip them off. I've also

co-authored bucketless bars, historic saloons, pubs, and dives of America which

is kind of a look at the historic bars around, or I guess a guidebook to the historic bars around the nation.
