That was kind of an eye-opener, was it not?

Especially given the effort we spent to prop up the great Justin Herbert

all week? My eyes are open. My eyes are open. Special teams, defense. This is what we've been saying

for weeks now, right? It's kind of how the Patriots have to play. Been saying it maybe for over a year

now, Tom. It's got the same deal last year too they needed

a big plays from their defense they need a big place from their special teams to put the kind

of performances that they wanted together uh obviously you have a very different look at

quarterback you're getting very different types of play there but this offense was not good last year

either now it's now it's's better in some ways and worse

in others. And I think you're kind of expecting the same things out of your other phases of the game

in order for you to have success, which is you need some big plays. Yeah, and they've extracted

over the last couple of years big plays from different avenues,
