It is the aftermath, and it's the aftermath of a 28 to 22 Patriots loss at the hands of the Los Angeles Rams.

Patriots had an opportunity to get themselves to, hell, they would have been four and eight, four and seven.

But no, Drake May, Wonderkin threw a pick on the last drive.

This team is creeping toward mediocrity.

What do I mean by that?

Well, they were between 28 and 32 for, I think, the big portion of the start of the season.

Now over the last four games, since they were called soft, we've seen a creep towards competency.

Not full competency?

They're not average.

They're still bad, but it is a creep toward mediocrity.

There were two stops when the Patriots fell down 28 to 13 at the end of the game by the

defense.

It was really the first time that the Patriots defense had bowed up against Matt

Stafford and the Rams.

But then May, 30 for 40 for 282 yards, three sacks, two touchdowns, and a pick through said pick on a route designed for DeMario Douglas.

I'm a reporter who believes that that was the wrong decision by Drake May. Here's Drake May on the

throw, followed by DeMario Douglas. Yeah, it's too high look and, you know, pops up the middle

and, you know, they're pretty good up front, rushing five. So I try to, you know, kind of, you know,

put it on them and kind of hit him over the linebacker and you know pop was thinking probably you know deep but you know at the end of the day just got to be on the same page and I think

pop you know did the right thing I guess got to um you know just talk through more conversations
