On today's episode of the podcast, I am sharing a whole lot of stuff that I have been going through

from the eclipse season, I guess. I'm calling this eclipse season spiritual detox. And I opened this

episode in a very unexpected way. Very unexpected.

It was such a surprise for me and actually just the most divine gift I could have been given.

I call us all to take a breath, to close our eyes and take a breath.

really beautiful space to be and then i close off the episode talking about my health, cycle sinking,

the things that I have done for my body as Pooja, a spiritual offering, an offering of devotion,

everything really that I have been moving through for the past 50-some days from Pilates to what I

eat.
