0:46.6	It was called a killer renovation. And that's exactly what happened. It tells the story of a young and successful mom,
0:54.9	Shanti Cooper Tronis, who is murdered in her own home in the midst of a renovation,
1:01.4	leaving behind an eight-year-old son and her husband at the time, David Tronis.
1:06.6	I remember this story so very well, partly because it was in the Orlando area where I had worked
1:12.8	many, many years ago, and there were so many elements that were just unforgettable, everything
1:18.2	from a TV show about zombie house flipping to the unearthing of her husband's secret life,
1:25.4	which eventually led detectives to him as the killer.
