Memorial Day. And it is an honor to be here and to be able to share some stories and to talk to people who have either served or who have lost someone who served, knew someone who gave the ultimate sacrifice. And I implore you, if you can, to share what this day really means with the younger generations

because they need to know they need to know it's not just a day off from work or a day off

from school or you know grilling out in the backyard all those things are great and I hope

everyone enjoys them but there's so much more here and actually here's a little content suggestion i was listening to the morning

wire today they had a really amazing guest on from boston who was detailing different stories

of world war two veterans and there's so few of them left now many of them have passed on and i

found that really inspiring and moving. So even if you have something

that you watch every year or you share every year, you post it, please do that. And that actually

brings me to my next guest. Neil McCabe is a political journalist. He has a new job, which we are

going to dive into because he told me about it this morning. I was so excited to hear. It coincides really well with what we tend to cover here at the Grace Curley Show.

But beyond all of that, he's a veteran of both the Coast Guard and the Army.
