Hi everyone, thanks for tuning into this episode of the aftermath. Before we get started I just want to take a moment to acknowledge what is going on right now in our country. I think it's important that as a society we are all taking time to

reflect, to listen and support and educate ourselves on the struggle and

the history of black people in this country.

As someone who is not black, I'm looking to the people around me in my community,

friends, and taking their lead. I think that many white people as as well as non-black

Latinos and Asians and other people of color that are not black are looking

around and not knowing what to do and

they're scared of saying the wrong thing or getting it wrong to the point of

paralysis but I know myself that I'm trying really hard to push through that, which means that I'm probably

going to mess up. But like they say, if you're not messing up up then you're probably not actually trying so I encourage everyone to
