Hi you guys, my name is Emmie Moore, is safe not soft a Christian podcast where we talk about all things

Christianity following Jesus just navigating your walk with Christ and the ups and downs of everything and

I pray and just think about you guys all the time and to those who listen that the word just resonates in your brain and it marinates and it goes to the rest of your body. And today's message is not what I expected to talk about at all. It wasn't something I planned about talking about.

What I was going to talk about, we're not doing this week. God told me to pause on that, but this is inspired by a talk I had with one of my friends about like a week and a half two weeks ago, right after I released my last episode and God wanted me to do a lot of digging on it, a lot of soul searching and just meditate and pray about it and I thought this would be a good message to give before the new year because we don't want to walk into the new year with this.

And as you could see by the title, the title is called The Addiction of Hiding.

And I think a lot of you are confused about this.

And I'm going to explain what the Lord has spoken over me,

what he's shown me, and how urgent this message is and I guess if I were to say where does the urgency

stem from us as Christians every single one of us it doesn't matter to anyone who's listening it doesn't

matter how old you are how young you are if you're a pastor or not a pastor if this is your first

time listening to anything with the name Jesus in it, it does not matter. We all have a hiding place and we urgently need to change it.

And that is the message that the Lord has called over me today is that there is separation between us and God

and we are not hiding in him. We are hiding into things that are not coming from him and
