There's something so romantic about winter and I don't know whether that's just because

I'm a bit of a homebody and I love a 5th.

But I think it's just the holiday period, it's just for me, it's the most romantic period.

And I think anyone who's listened to my records will know that I'm quite a big fan of romance.

Our minds process information in different ways.

Sometimes we're moved by statistics, by research, by big solutions to big problems.

And other times we are moved by an individual story, a single example, or even a single

relationship.

I grew up as you know in Spartanburg and I knew a fellow named John Easterling when I was

a kid.

He's older than I am, but I knew him.

I'm not sure who I was, but I knew him.

And then life goes on and we all grow up and whatever age differences existed don't really

exist when you get into your 30s and 40s.

And I moved back home and John moved back home, but this time he brought his beautiful wife,

Carol.

And Carol Easterling is one of the kindest, nicest, warmest people you will ever meet.

They have a beautiful family.
