I don't think America has ever gone back to the way that it was

before 9-11 and the anthrax attacks.

The fear was really that there would be a second wave of attacks.

And then along comes the D.C DC sniper and all of the country's worst fears are realized.

I think it's fair to say all hell broke this.

A man has been killed and bothered me. The gunman, most likely a skilled

They killed the five people in one day and then went on the rampage for the next month.

The police say they have never had a crime quite like this.

It is quite a mystery.

It was scary to go to the grocery store or fill up your car with gas and as the DC

sniper case unfolded that terror only grew.

There was a white band just went by with two guys in it.
