And I think it's a decent term,

although words don't describe this,

this, what this is, what's happening.

Apparently.

The mind has all kinds of stories about it,

and by the mind I just mean a series of thoughts

that appear as this, in this, this,

these apparitions, this appearance

of what we're calling reality.

The mind makes a story of it, it creates time,

it creates space, it creates a history, it. It creates time. It creates space.

It creates a history.

It creates an identity called me that owns the experience.

But what can seemingly happen is that appearance of identity, of the me that's owning experience, that's aware of this, interacting with this, that me can simply stop.

Just like when you leave a room, the room's no longer there.

When the me relaxes or temporarily disappears
