| 0:49.5 | for the 2024 election in particular. But before we get into talking about |
| 0:54.3 | some of those themes, what exactly are the types of AI tools that we're |
| 0:58.8 | talking about here that are going to have these disruptive effects? I mean, the |
| 1:02.3 | interesting development has been that we have democratized technology. I |
| 1:06.6 | mean, it used to be if you wanted to use AI tools, you needed an understanding of |
| 1:11.8 | technical aspects of AI, it required some pretty advanced skills. But with the |
| 1:17.6 | new generative AI tools, which are prompt driven and template driven, |
| 1:23.2 | essentially we have brought these very powerful AI technologies to the |
| 1:27.9 | ordinary person. Like literally anybody can use these things. So if you want to |
| 1:32.8 | develop fake videos or fake audio tapes, it's very easy to do that. There are |
| 1:38.3 | other types of applications as well. But the key thing is they really are |
| 1:42.9 | accessible to anyone around the world. And so these are for an example, this is |
| 1:47.8 | something like a chat GBT-like model where if you wanted to mimic the |
| 1:52.5 | voice, the verbal tone or voice of a politician, you could plug that into a |
