And all of our deductibles went way, way, way, way up.

I got a friend who's got a pretty bad health diagnosis and I suggested man you ought to get a second

opinion but people throw around the whole get a second opinion like it's easy to do I've never

actually done it how do you even go about doing that does your insurance let you do that the

depend on what kind of plan you're on, whether it's a PPO or an HMO or like what we call an open

access plan. But what do most people have? Let's start there. What do most people have?
