millions of pills to one pharmacy in one rural town.

And then that pharmacist would dole them out to anybody who claimed they had their elbow hurt.

And all these people were getting hooked on painkillers and dying and rush limbaugh went deafened.

But those were real legal drugs, not legally being distributed and used.
