Adam and Dee from the Adam Project. How are you guys doing today? Hi, I'm doing great. How you

doing, Damien? I'm doing amazing. You look fantastic. Thank you. I feel like I look studious

with my glasses. Studios. That's a good. Yeah, we got matching. We have matching studious.

Studios, I think it's a word.

That's a new word.

So you guys have an interesting project.

It's kind of a collaboration with a lot of different artists, singers, writers, and

you have a new single out called Punch Out, which is one of the most added new releases

on the rock charts

and Billboard mainstream rock chart, been added to a bunch of stations around the country.

So tell me about the Adam Project. How did that get started and what was the impetus to get that

all together? Well, it stands for, I wanted to figure out a way, Daryl, to make it all about me

and not about me at the same time. So my name's Adam and I went to Damien. I said, I got this idea about, you know, doing rock, hard rock inspired music about video games because I'm a big dork. I don't want to grow up. I, you know, and so I went to me with the idea. We couldn't think of a name. I had a few different names to start and I'm like yeah what about Adam project and then I realized it was a movie

that just came out named Adam project so I'm like well how about the Adam music project

well the problem is the name Adam stands for artists developing astonishing music

music project so now so it's basically like wait a minute. Music project and that's what we went with. We now call ourselves

AMP for short, but the only way you'll find us is if you go to add a music project. And the

idea was trying to find the right singers, the right musicians to be a part of a song in honoring the essence of what inspired the song.

So in some cases it's a character, some cases it's gaming culture, but it's definitely all video related.

And I went to Damien with the idea and I said, you know, what do you think of this idea?
