I'll see you with a song at any time. Okay. Yeah, I say I stayed home from work today and left the office early yesterday and I've just have been like, you know, night pool and dayquil are my best friends right now. So I'm just trying to get through it.

I feel cheap. Like I will. I'm a drug pusher when it comes to dayquil or not. I quit. I push it on anyone. If I'm I keep dayquil in my purse. If anyone's not feeling well at work, I like you want a dayquil. Yeah, might as well. Are you getting kickbacks? I'm obsessed.

No, I wish. It must matter off brand. It's like wall, it's like Walgreens brand. It's like wallquil.

I will give them this because I am a person who I am unaffected by nightquil and Benadrill and like any of the sleep, the things that are supposed to make you sleepy. Don't work on me. Never have.

Really? Yeah. So like I at work in Lexington, I would get loaded up on Benadrill some mornings, just to feel just to feel something. No, but like some mornings when I was having like very bad allergy issues, I could take like a couple Benadrill and be as alert as I was before, which.

To be honest, was not that alert. So I guess maybe my baseline is just where Benadrill takes you see for me. I've never really taken it. I never take Benadrill because I've always been terrified. It's going to zonk me out. Like what I don't even know what scenarios people take Benadrill and except like an extreme allergic reaction. It's an antihistamine. Right. So I mean, I've taken it only when my normal allergy pill is not doing the work. And if I have like a rash.

Hives swelling, which, you know, in this allergy life, those things can occur.

Like I had avocado and I don't have prednis, I don't have a steroid.

Oh, yeah, we go, we go Benadrill. Okay. Yeah.

What about you, Jack, when you have been a drill trooper. Um, you know what, I, there has only been a couple instances where I've had to take it, but night well will literally knock me the F out.

Like last night, um, so Monday night, I took, I was telling you guys before we started recording.

I took night well at like 7 p.m. Because I was like, I know it's this is going to drop the, I'm going to sleep a lot.

And I don't want to wake up at like 10 a.m. and still feel groggy, which I, I didn't know yet. But like, I mean, it, it knocks me out. And I mean, I already sleep through my alarm with no help. So it's like, I don't need

something else that's going to be like even deeper.

We, I would be afraid of doing that when waking up for sunrise or something. I was always afraid to take a sleeping pill or anything because I was like, there's, I just, even though I have never had that issue, I feel, well, I've never taken a sleeping pill.

So I don't know how sleeping pills work on me. And that's primarily what I'm thinking of is, I was just always afraid.

Like, yeah, I have a hard enough time waking up as it is. The last thing we need to do is add like a narcotic to the mix or whatever.

Yeah, yeah, really something wascribed. Yeah, no, I've never taken a prescription sleeping pill either because I truly feel like I'd be one of those that

has the crazy side effects. Not only would I not wake up, but that would probably be the least of my problems. Like I'd sleep while driving a car. Yeah.
