0:37.7	Miss Savannah Arroya Savannah welcome to the show yeah, excited to be here. Yeah, absolutely. So topic today, kind of a hot topic. I know I just kind of went through a whole transformation over the last five years and kind of really reposition my life and reinvented myself.

1:00.0	and now I'm a full-time real estate investor and entrepreneur and so my life has completely changed for the better.

1:19.2	rat race so we know you know net worth nurse in nursing field. You work with a lot of full-time nurses. You did it for more than 11 years, right?
