without a stressful or ridiculous cleanse. Yeah, let's do it, right? I mean, it's a time of year.

homes, our closets.

And like you mentioned, John, we've talked about cleanses and the challenges that people have when it's like a rigorous cleanse.

1:03.3

Just email us podcast at eat this.com. If you haven't emailed us already, we love getting

But for some people, myself included, it's almost like, oh, geez. Like I got to tackle this before it's not spring anymore. And then summer comes along and you haven't gotten to it and it just piles up and piles up.

We've all been there.

The good news is that your liver and kidneys, unlike my garage, do a pretty fine job at the cleanse thing without juices, fasts, or strange concoctions. And it gets better. There are a handful of foods,

2:08.1

delicious ones, by the way, with impressive detoxifying and slimming properties. So put down

2:13.5

the vinegar and cayenne and give yourself a lift or cleanse away the pounds, torture-free free with some of these foods. I love it. Cleanse away torture free. That is music to my ears.
