Welcome to episode number seven and in this episode I'm going to take you on a journey

through the seven-year cycles of life while riding a fast roller coaster, embracing life's twists and turns.

So no matter where you're at in your cycles, you might get something out of listening to

the previous seven years and some of the insights I'm going to

share with you. So get in line, get your tickets, and get ready to have some fun. I grew up in

Los Angeles and there were several amazing fun music parks in LA.

One of my all-time favorites is called Magic Mountain, which is located in Valencia, California.

Magic Mountain had a variety of fun roller coasters and rides to choose from,

but one of my all-time favorites was called Colossus. If you can envision a beautiful white wooden roller coaster, huge, that from the freeway or from the parking lot you could see because it was at the front of the park, it was glorious.

And actually in its rain, it was one of the world's

largest wooden roller coasters. Whenever I got to the park and went to this

roller coaster and I've ridden it many many times I look at, my God, I spend a lot of time in there,

and it's like almost looking back at the seven-year cycles of my life.

So in the seven-year cycles, science knows that we, our body and our cells renews seven years. We also have spiritual lessons every seven years. We also have

spiritual lessons every seven years that we go through. We have challenges and

opportunities for our soul's growth.

The first cycle of life is 0 through 7, which is really the cycle of development or being in your true

feelings. So when I entered Magic Mountain and I made my way to Colossus

...
