All right, great topic here. I'm excited to delve into this, a lot of austerity, you know, somewhere in all this. I think that's the word. Sterey in our lives. Always the seticism. All those things. Yeah, it's all those. Learn about how to be monks. That's it. beautiful. And so that we're made in God's image and likeness. And so one of the great challenges for God's people throughout the whole Old Testament and New Testament is how to be like God in that way,

1:50.0

to be able to work, to create, to bring forth, and then to be able to rest, to enter into that Sabbath as well, which is a challenge.

1:58.0

In biblical times, it's definitely a challenge today.

2:00.0

And so it's an incredible challenge today because we have so many distractions.

2:03.3

We have so many things beeping and buzzing and going off.

2:05.9

We have so much access to information and distraction that is really hard to ever even just quiet

2:12.6

your mind down, let alone the rest of your body.

2:15.6

And you can see that people are struggling and the impact

2:19.6

and the ill effects that that's having on people on their psyche, on their ability to perform well

2:23.6

at their job, in their family, in their marriages, as friends. So, yeah, and anxiety, it's a lot.
