coming to you live from Orlando just two blocks away from the Orange County

courthouse that is the site of the

Saraboon so-called suitcase murder trial and breaking news at this hour the jury has been seated and sworn in.

There are six actual jury members and eight alternates it's a six jury panel for second

degree manslaughter we're gonna discuss that and a whole lot more and I'll give

you the breakdown in just a moment. Best guests here once again, the professor,

Joe Petuto, she is the Richard H Larson professor of constitutional law,

America at the University of Nebraska College of Law.

She may quiz Ryan, it is unclear if that will happen.

Professor Petuto has also taught at the Law Colleges of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,

No Shabby School, Oregon, Arizona, Rutgers, a stone store from my house, Seton Hall, and Cardozo, all fine schools.

Then we've got Ryan. He holds a BA degree from the University of Central Florida after UCF. He attended Nova South Eastern
