Everyone, welcome back to another episode of Ready for Retirement.

This is a special episode for a couple reasons.

Number one, this is episode number 100.

And on the personal side, I guess this isn't necessarily a special episode,

but a special time for me, my wife and I are expecting our first child. We're having a daughter.

Her due date is February 27th. Today, if you are listening on the day that this is being released,

is March 1st. So I'm, of course, recording this in advance. But who knows? Could be having my daughter born today and releasing the 100th episode of Ready for Retirement.

So if she's not born yet, please I would appreciate prayers for a safe delivery for her and for

mom, but Ashland and I are very excited to be welcoming our first child into the world

either soon or maybe we just did so.

On the podcast side, this is the 100th episode

and wanted to spend some time first and foremost saying thank you. Thank you very much for

everyone who's listened. It's been a really fun journey. There's a lot of people tuning in now,

which has been a really fun experience for me. I think we have a little over 25,000 in counting people

tuning in per month, at least downloads per month on the podcast. And then on the YouTube side,

where we have this podcast and other content, a few hundred thousand people per month viewing

those as well. So thank you to all of you who have tuned in, especially those of you from

the beginning. It's fun to get notes from you saying, been listening from the beginning and enjoying the content.

So we wanted to start by saying thank you.
