And listen, I know that the word chronic is oftentimes associated with negativity, but we're switching it around today. And also it sounds funny. Hello there, friends. I have been getting a lot of messages from people that are happy that we are back after a long sabbatical. And that just makes me feel so good because then it reminds me I'm not just talking into a void. Y'all, doing a podcast, especially, you know, I don't have a podcast where I have like someone here sitting with me. I'm not doing video. I don't have a crew. I'm not like Amy Polar with the good hang. There's not a bunch of people around. It can feel a little lonely sometimes. And it can also feel like, is anyone even listening? I'm talking to my computer right now. I'm sitting in front of a computer with a microphone in my face and talking and then uploading it and just hoping people listen.

And I know that I have a really good listenership.

I'm very lucky and blessed and that's all because of all of you.

But getting messages back is like the feedback loop I need sometimes to remind me that, yes, there are people listening and you're not just speaking in to a void.

All right, so let's jump in. I get asked this question quite a bit, either about myself or about others. It's like, how do people

that always have tidyish, cleanish homes, homes that are kind of like what I call, they're chronically

tidy. Like they're always that way. Obviously, there's ebbs and flows in that. But their house is

kind of always managed and kept up with. How are they managing to that without, by the way, cleaning all day long?

Because I'm going to tell you right now, I have five habits here and not a single one of them

has to do with cleaning all day.

That might be true for some people.

I want to be really clear here.
