that mailbox money. Others, they want to be hyperactive and engaged and to get a big ROI on their time and their energy by maybe doing value at and flipping buildings or syndicating, you know, eight-figure deals.

The truth is your investment strategy should fit you.

It's not a one size fits all.

And that is one of the beauties of real estate investing,

but it's also something that can work against you if you get caught doing a strategy in a market

that actually is in the line with achieving the goals that you want.
