What's up what's up guys? Welcome to Thursday throwdown number 58. Welcome back. So hope you guys enjoyed the

interview with professional movie Thai fighter Chris Romulo. I really tried to think about his show and what we

dissected from that show and a lot of it came down to purpose. It came down to

confidence and it came down to those things in our life that we are pursuing and sometimes even in our life where we don't feel necessarily I mean every step that we take in life like for instance with Chris you know, he grew up in kind of a chaotic childhood.

He stepped into martial arts at a young age and then into Muay Thai when he was about 15.

And then he went on this journey that was very uncertain.

You know, he was basically all bets were on him,

you know, whether or not he was going to execute in his life

the things that he wanted to and how he did it.

And what it really boiled down to was confidence.

And what I want to share with you guys today

is something that I learned from Larry Yatch.

And recently I invested in a 90 minute

coaching call with Larry and a deep dive on confidence and I got to tell you guys I
