Hey, what if I told you that there was a single marketing asset that you could use to book tens of thousands of dollars in paid speaking gigs before you even have a website?

And Dan Irvin, one of the speakers on our team, used it to book over $36,000 in speaking gigs without a fancy website or any social media presence.

Even better, we're going to teach you exactly how

to create that tool for your speaking business in under an hour. For a limited time, we're going to

Having back one of our favorites, Mr. Dr. Eric Cream, back in the house here, who has been by far the highest number of episodes that we've had as a guest here on the show. And so Eric, always good to have you back, man. Graham, I'm so glad to hang out with you. As we speak right now, we got our first snow up in New York. So as maybe you definitely know, maybe some of the listeners know, we relocated to New York, because that's what you can do when you're a speaker. You can live anywhere. And my boys are now at the United States Military Academy. So we bought a house a mile from the gate. Now, before you call me a helicopter parent, all right? We just, I'm, I graduated from the Academy. So I have a lot of friends up here. I wanted to experience New York. It's just a home base for me. And I'm enjoying it. But anyway, we're going to be spending Christmas in New York this year. We're excited about that. Grant, how are you doing?

2:19.3

I don't know if you're justifying that helicopter parent stuff to yourself or to us or whatever. But nonetheless, man, hey, it's cool. Follow your kids to school and, you know, keep that umbilical cord tight. I'm doing well. And I'm excited to record this today because one of the things we've been we've been thinking about is that you know

2:34.6

to get booked and paid to speak I want to get booked to pay to speak and I want to do it as fast

2:46.6

as possible and there are certain parts of the process that you can expedite and speed up as best as possible. You know, when people ask, how long does it take for someone to get booked and made to speak? The answer is honestly, like it depends, which is an awful answer, but despite it being the true answer. And oftentimes I always replies that it's kind of like if you wanted to lose 10 pounds, how long does it take to lose 10 pounds?

3:07.6

Well, it depends. And oftentimes it depends ultimately on like the work and effort and energy that you put into it. And so for one person, it could take a couple days. I don't know if that's healthy or not, but I guess you could hypothetically do it. And for others, it may take weeks or months or even years, but ultimately it comes down to you and the work that you put into it. And so while there are a lot of
