So if you've been in business more than about two minutes, you know that hiring is so

important and it can be super painful.

I mean you gotta put the applications up, then you gotta interview everybody, read through

the resumes, it's just, ugh, it can take a lot of time.

But you also know that if you rush this process and you hire the wrong person, it can cost

you a lot of time later, not to mention thousands of dollars of opportunity cost.

Jeremy is the director of recruiting here at Ramsey and he and his team are hiring dozens

of people every month now.

We've got a team of about a thousand team members and we're on our way to 3,000 and so man,

we got this hiring thing dialed in.

But before you check out and say, well you guys are in a different class, you're way bigger

than we are.

I want you to remember that we started exactly where you are.

And the same principles that guide our hiring process today are the ones that we learned

early on from mistakes and failures as well as the successes that we've refined into

how we do it at Entry Leadership.

What I love about Jeremy is he didn't necessarily start his career in the HR space.

He started on the business unit side just like me, just like you, he's had skin in the
