And I'm really happy to have Kelly Johnson here.

So Kelly is in charge of our income for our entire company.

So let me explain. She runs all the marketing that directs all the traffic and all the rentals

on every single property that we have. So when and if we pay investors, and hopefully it's when, it's a result of the occupancy

that she generates.

And it's a very complex thing.

She's got a big team of folks behind her, most of them pretty young, like in their early

20s.

And a lot of social media, a lot of blogging, a lot of Facebook, a lot of, you know, Google.

And so everything's really changed.

It's very, very interesting how much has changed.

You know, back in the day, when I started, we used to put the newspaper ads in, right?

Like, you remember that?

I do remember.
