So that's called spiritual formation.

A lot of work went into that.

So you're on your way like that.

Then you come into this area of gifts, discovery, and development.

So you guys that are working in the ministry, you found it you can worship, you can sing, you can administrate, you can do the children's church, you can do the announcements, you can do this and that. A lot of you are just enjoying the ride coming in. Get, well, go find a job here. Do something because you're missing the third stage. It's called gift discovery development. Now you're in the marketplace.

I was kind of impractical, Lance. I'm already aware. Okay, great. Your gift discovery development are you an innovator, an ideator, an exor, epithetic, or are you connecting with people emotionally, you're analyzing stuff? Are you mechanically inclined? You're physically inclined. You're athletically inclined. That's gift discovery development. and you'll find out that whatever talents and abilities you got were hardwired into you

when God got you when you were born.

And then when you got born again, you had spiritual attitudes programmed into you.

You don't even know how to activate you.

You got a whole computer card in you.

You've got to figure out how to, boom, gift discovery and development. So then you come into this next

phase over here. You understand a sovereign beginning, spiritual formation, gift discovery, development,

and then you're coming into ministry maturity. Now this is what you're beginning to develop.

More of the character of Christ, you're understanding how to be a witness, how to balance things,

how to work with relationships, so like that.

You're getting more focused on what it is you're gifted to do and called to do, but then you're in the workplace also.

So you're a Christian witness or a Christian in the workplace, and you're figuring out how that works and you're maturing that.

And then along coming, meanwhile, you've got prophecy and you're envisioning yourself doing this, building this, or having that, or the ministry doing this.

And there's this one phase coming up, which is really mischievous. It's called life maturing.

And life maturing is a little bit longer. And this is the one that starts to knock people out.
