my trap a hot line hey trap mary booker here thank you for taking my question. My question is, if I take, say,

$6,000 and put it into the V-O-O and that money grows to $9,000, which is, it was at 50%. If I take out or cash out and sell

$6,000 worth of that money and take it out of the market,

am I tax on that money even though it's not technically capital gains if it's my $6,000 initial

investment and just let the rest stay in the market and run or am I going to be taxed if I take more than $6,000 out of that account?

So the market don't know your $6,000 from $3,000.

All they know is you took money out and you had some gains on.

So if you put 6,000 in and it grew to 9,000, you got to pay the capital gains because the 3,000 grow.

It grew.

So you took, you can't be like, no, no, no, no.

I took my 6,000, no. I took, I took my $6 and left.

I ain't touched that one. I ain't touched the three. I left that in the other. I just took the six. No, no, they don't. We're not laughing. I'm not laughing at my description. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
