Most south Londoners will know Three Cheers Pubs as the most handsome in England. They host some of the best live comedy in the business, featured some of the biggest musicians such as Ed Sheeran and are now even producing their own sparkling wine. Three Cheers currently own 9 pubs which include; The Abbeville, The Avalon, The Bolingroke, The Latchmere, The Princess Victoria, The Rosendale, The Stonhouse, The Tommyfield and The Bedford. To celebrate some of the greatest independent pubs in the business we collaborated with Three Cheers for their 20th anniversary celebration. 0:13.2	cover anyone from hospitality. And that's why we're changing that with our 101st episode.
0:19.8	Because hospitality is a massive employer in the UK. It employs almost 3 million people.
0:26.8	So where to start with hospitality? Well the Great British pub of course. And that's why we invited
0:32.2	the team from three years onto the show as they begin to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
0:39.1	They also happen to run some of my favourite pubs in South London, such as the Tommyfield,
0:44.4	the Abelon, Abaville, the Latchmeier and the Bedford in Ballam, which has become one of London's
0:51.8	most premier comedy venues. They have had performances from Michael McIntyre, Joe Lyser,
0:58.6	Jack Whitehall and even Ed Sheeran. It was great to get them on the show and talk about their 20-year
1:04.6	anniversary and how they have particularly focused on handsome pubs. And also some of the celebrations
1:11.8	that they're going to all their 20th year, such as making their own beer, making their own gin
1:17.5	and their own English sparkling wine. It's a great story and I cannot wait to share with you.

1:32.2	Guys, welcome to Jimmy's Jobs of the Future. It feels very odd sitting on this stage really,
1:36.8	having watched so much comedy here at the Bedford, but it's amazing to be here. Why did you
1:42.5	rebrand from Renaissance pubs to three years? I suppose that all sort of came about in sort of 2011-2012
1:52.5	where we were unfortunately approached by Renaissance hotels, which was owned by the Marriott
1:59.4	group. And we had, we basically put six hotel rooms above one of our pubs, the Tommy Field in
2:06.5	Kennington. And we got rather a stinky letter from somebody saying that Renaissance pubs was
2:12.7	trying to pass off as Renaissance hotels. And unfortunately, as the small guy, we had a quick chat
2:22.4	with our lawyers and we were told to sort of stand down. And so we used this sort of moment to try
2:31.6	rebrand and come up with something that was new and innovative and something that would sort of
