So you guys are going to discover who this year's breakout is before your league made. So you guys got to get into 16 rounds. I've linked it below. I'm telling you it would be light years ahead of the sheep in your league. You'll absolutely leave them in the dust. Okay? So grab 16 rounds. I've linked it below or head on over to the fantasy football counselor.com. you guys are going to be very happy with 16 hours. You can dive in. The first version of 16 hours out, you get access immediately once you sign up, okay? So don't hesitate. All right, let's talk about the first player I need on all my rosters. Now, I'm actually in four leagues. One's a dynasty. He's not in my dynasty league. That's okay.

1:45.0

But he's in all my redrafts. The guy I'm talking about, and it's very important that you guys secure a Russian quarterback. Again, part of this conversation is, yeah, I'm giving you three players, but I'm also giving you guys some strategy. And the guy I'm talking about is Jalen Hertz. Now, I ended up drafting him in my main league because I was in and around the sixth

2:05.5

to seventh round turn and he was sitting there and I passed up on Josh Allen because I

2:11.4

created what I called the Rob, not even the robust RB, the core four.

2:16.3

So I'm drafting four workhorse running backs within the

2:19.1

first five rounds, implementing the wide receiver. If you want to know exactly which running

2:23.3

backs I'm getting and who to draft in those four rounds, I laid it on 16 rounds. So I got my

2:28.2

core four, got my 80s receiver. I'm sitting there and I'm like, Jalen Hertz was there. So I grabbed them and you're like, well, Joe, why is he a must have? Well, here's the deal, right? I think it's very important if you want to be ultra competitive. I think people notice at this point, if you want to be ultra competitive in a high stakes league or any league for that matter, the rushing upside of a quarterback is so important. And you're going to get a lot of rushing touchdowns. You're going to get a minimum of eight rushing touchdowns out of Jalen Hertz, right? You're not going to get as many passing yards, but he's going to make it up in rushing attempts, getting those yards, right? And of course, the rushing touchdowns. And you're going to get some passing touchdowns, of course, as well. But another thing you want to

3:08.0

talk when you talk of strategy, yes, I've got hurts, but he's not my beyond end all. And again, I get a

3:12.5

backup for him later to cover my bi-week potential lack of performance or injury. I always back it

3:18.8

up belt and suspenders when I'm drafting because, again, you always have to have that spare tire

3:23.4

on your fantasy roster at each position. All right? This is very, very important. So I'm drafting because again, you always have to have that spare tire on your fantasy roster at each position, all right? This is very, very important. So I notice that sounds like common sense, but if people in one quarterback leagues tend to draft one quarterback or they don't strategically think about their backup quarterback, I think it's very important to know who your backup quarterback is. And again, in 16 rounds, I'll lay that out for you. Okay? So, Jalen hurts on my roster. I'm in. I'm all in on them. Now, Josh Allen, again, I love

3:46.7

Josh Allen. And the thing about it is, I just didn't want to, in this particular high-stakes

3:52.3

league, spend that second or third round pick on them, simply because I just wanted to get

3:56.9

running back there. And I just knew that I could still get a viable quarterback later on and there's a ton of depth that quarterback this year. I just chose to go jail and Hertz because I like that rushing upside. And I feel safer with Jaylen Hertz than I do with Jane Daniels. I think Jane Daniels still young coming off those injuries, stuff like that. I just don't feel as warm or fuzzy with Jane Daniels. I like the talent. Don't get me wrong. I think the kid's great. Also, Lamar, he's kind of shown his share of injuries. Built wise, Lamar is a little more flimsy per se. I know, how can you say that, Joe? He's a little bit, you know, skinnier.

4:32.3

I like the way, I like the way. When I look at my players, right, you got to analyze him. I like, he's built like a, Hertz is built like a truck. He kind of reminds me more of an Andrew Luck kind of, you know. I don't know. I look at players, I look at durability. And I factor that in. I'm praying that that hurt stays healthy this year to crush it for me.
