0:00.0	I only wanted to do one thing and that was to be rich. I wanted to be profitable.
0:05.0	This is entrepreneurs the playbook.
0:07.0	Today I want to talk about three things that I'm important to me.
0:11.0	One passion, two purpose, and three profitability.
0:15.0	And through my journey a lot of people can't reconcile all three of those.
0:21.0	I coach a lot of people that have tremendous passion they want to
0:24.0	save the world but they're broke and it's been my experience that most broke people
0:30.6	can't save the world.
0:32.8	It's just the truth.
0:33.9	Then you have purposeful people as well.
0:35.6	They have great purpose, but once again,
0:38.2	they don't really have a passion or can't tie it to profitability.
0:43.0	My life has been a journey of understanding
0:45.0	the reconciliation of passion, purpose, and profitability.
0:50.0	I was born with a single mom, well I wasn't born with her. I had a single mom growing up, six kids, five boys and a girl.
0:58.0	And my mom was a substitute teacher. And so you can imagine how much profitability we had in my home in Akron, Ohio.
1:06.0	But my mom instilled purpose and passion into my siblings and I.
1:11.0	In fact, she is an incredible catalyst.
1:14.8	All my siblings, I call them parents wet dreams.
1:17.0	They went to the Harvard, Penn, Columbia.
1:20.0	I had a different route I was going to take.
1:22.6	I wanted to be a professional football player.
