I'm your host Clinton Bonner and I am joined by the one, the only, the great Brandon Sheltz. And Brandon, sure, maybe, you know, the folks that might be seeing this for the

first time, it's a recap show. Brandon, when do we usually do three in three out? When's that

usually happen? Traditionally, three in, three out is reserved for our post game show. And like,

not right after the game, but after the next day, after we've had some time

to digest and maybe even Tuesday. But yes, we are recapping a game. And to my knowledge,

the Seahawks have yet to play a football game for the 2025 NFL season. Right. That right, you are.

But do you know what happened, Brandon, along the way?

And I thought this was kind of fun.

I'm going to put it right on stage here.

Along the way, in our Discord, a member Rising Hawk who deserves all the credit, said,

hey, let's do, give us an offseason three and three out and give us your takes on the OTA and mini camp so far

and basically the off season, the ins and outs and what actually matters. So I like getting
