It's everything. It's all of the above, right? It's how productive are they? What are the testing and measurables? What's the film look like? But the person is a big part of it. Like your ability to hit your ceiling and maximize your talent. A lot of that comes down to the makeup of the individual and how they fit in our building and how they fit in our scheme and how they work with our coaching staff so they can develop in a long term.
