0:45.0	Tell me, Kathy, what was your highlight for last year of 2024? What kind of year was it for you?
0:49.8	Well, I'm just glad to say that I still have my home after the Malibu fires. So that's a highlight.
0:54.5	That is a highlight. I mean, BP Khan was amazing. I celebrated my birthday there on the night of the hurricane. That was kind of a highlight. But the first one that came to mind is, you know, how you have your bucket list and hope that someday you can check these things off. And one of them was to really, you know, treat our parents to a really
1:11.4	cool vacation. And Rich's mom always dreamed of going to Scotland. So we tricked her out. We took
1:17.6	it on a really cool trip to Scotland. And I would say that was definitely a highlight.
1:22.5	I love that. It's so cool to see, you know, that highlight, obviously you're an investor. You do a lot
1:27.0	of that stuff. But it's cool to also see what you do, that highlight, obviously you're an investor. You do a lot of that stuff,
1:32.7	but it's cool to also see what you do with the freedom and the financial independence that comes with being an investor and doing stuff like that. Taking care of your family is definitely one of
1:36.6	the main reasons. I think we all do this. Yeah. What about you, Henry? How are you? I'm fantastic,
1:41.3	man. Good. I'm glad to hear it. You're looking jolly. Was 2024 a jolly year for you?
1:46.7	24 was a good year, man. I mean, it definitely had its ups and downs, but what year doesn't for an
1:52.6	entrepreneur? Yeah. But the highlight of my year was my book coming out. Yeah. I'd never, ever in a
1:59.6	million years thought that I would ever write a book.
2:02.1	And so to be able to, you know, write that and watch it come out and watch people buy it and enjoy it,
