1:02.9	I think we are close to the bottom for this housing cycle. As you may know, businesses or markets,
1:09.3	they work in cycles. They go up, they peak, they come down during recession, and then they bottom out.
1:14.4	And I think there's reason for cautious optimism as we head into 2025 that we are starting to bottom out.
