it's the mid-year music episode of you from the Cheapseats.

For those who don't know who jumped on more recently

where we haven't been playing as much music in the episodes, when we originated this show

15 years ago almost now and we really was born out of what we were doing on the Jim Rome show. We tried to create an intersection, a six-way stop where comedy, sports and music kind of hit.

And so that was a big part of it.

And we gathered over the years our close friends,

our friends through life and our friends through music,

the amazing Jonah Ray, who's here welcome.
