Welcome back to the Emily Show. Today, I am bringing you an interview that you might not have heard yet because this was originally up in 2022.

This is my interview with Jay Edelson from Edelson PC. He was the tip of the iceberg for me in everything Gerardi scandal. His law firm filed the suit against

Tom Gerardy that really brought everything to light and to media attention. Jay Edelson and his

law firm were co-counsel with Tom Girardy and Gerrity Keyes in Illinois in the

Lion Air Crash litigation. They represented a number of plaintiffs together. So Jay Edelson

and his law firm were local counsel. Girardy Keese was counsel in L.A. They got dragged into

the entire mess that was the downfall of Gerardy Keyes,

including going through all of the order to show cause hearings from the court, because the

court also wanted to know why Edelson PC didn't bring this to the court's attention sooner

when it turned out that Boeing had

paid clients from the Lion Air crash disaster settlement, but the clients were never paid.

So Boeing paid the money to Gerrari Keys.

Girardi Keys never paid the clients.

And the courts like, yo, co-counsel, why didn't you know?

And so all of that happened before this interview.
