Yes, hello, welcome to Inside the Huddle. It's our Monday edition, our wrap-up of the 2020 NFL draft.

The first ever virtual draft, remember the draft was supposed to be in Las Vegas,

and it basically took place in various homes across America,

helping me break it all down, my regular Inside the Huddle partner, Jeff Reinbold.

Jeff, you might be able to make a case that it was better than all the usual glitz and glamour.

Could we make that case?

I'm not going down that road, Neil. I like the fact that the mix, I thought it was really good,

the mix of the NFL network guys with the ESPN guys. And Lewis Riddick, I thought, did a great job.

I thought he really showed how much football he really does know. And you can see he's

been through this process before. Well, yeah, Lewis Riddick's a name that keeps coming up when you

hear about general manager interviews, isn't it? So it was interesting to see an extensive

period of his work because that is somebody who gets a lot of buzz whenever there's an interview

about.

I think rightly so. Rightly so.

Peter King said in his Football Morning in America column that this was Roger Goodell's finest hour.

And the commissioner actually said to NFL staff, this was via Mark Maskey of the Washington Post, I'm not sure that in our

100-year history, we've had a finer moment. I mean, it did go without a glitch, didn't it,

in the end? Which was the biggest concern. Yeah, I think Vic Fangio had a moment, but hey,

Vic Fangio's in my generation, so that technological stuff challenged you.

But, you know, I thought there were some really cool things about it.

I thought the genuineness of seeing the coaches and the GMs with their families during the draft was a really cool thing.
