Two things clah, we got our end of the year episode, happy new year, Merry Christmas, happy holidays. We made it to another year. That was the goal that the start of last year was just to make it one more year.

So my psychiatrist who just like got me on Adderall recently

said it's good to take breaks from it every once in a while.

So I figured like Christmas I don't have a lot to do so I'll take a break and then I didn't take it today either so I'm not going to listen to anything you guys

No cold turkey but I couldn't find my Airpods anywhere today.

And then I like remembered that I have fine.

Like I just recently discovered you can do like find my airpods.

And it like plays a sound. So I'd been like playing a sound all over the

place and couldn't hear it anywhere you know so I went and like looked in my car

couldn't hear it and then like I remember doing laundry so I just played it by the

laundry room and I heard it outside of our apartment but I was like close enough to

it that I could hear it so I like kept playing it and it was like in the

trash so then I had to like open up my trash and I had thrown him away but luckily I was also on wasn't taking that or else I didn't do anything

so I forgot to take the trash out because today was the day to take the trash out

yeah good so I could have like really messed was the day to take the trash out. Oh, good.
