Summary

Today, I’m going to cover the root causes of inflammation.

Being in practice for thirty years gave me the opportunity to see a wide range of different cases and causes of inflammation—things you won’t find on Google.

Top causes of inflammation:

1. A gallbladder issue or bile sludge

2. Vitamin D deficiency

3. Stress or loss

4. Ingredients in restaurant foods

5. Sugar, grains, gluten, and seed oils

6. Unhealthy keto snacks

7. Visceral fat

8. High iron levels

9. Alcohol

10. Food allergies and food intolerances

11. Frequent eating

12. Oxalates and lectins in vegetables

The best natural ways to get rid of inflammation:

• Get on the Healthy Keto® diet

• Start intermittent fasting

• Take vitamin D3

• Consume glutamine as a supplement or from red meat or cabbage (if you have gut inflammation)

Today I'm going to discuss 12 triggers or causes of your inflammation.

Been in practice for 30 years so I had the opportunity to see a very wide range of

0:11.1

different cases and different causes and some things that you're not going to find

0:15.8

if you actually Google them.

0:17.6

Let's start off with number one.

0:19.0

If you have any information on the right side of your body, okay, I don't care if it's fibromyalgia or shoulder pain

0:26.2

or a headache on the right side or anything down

0:28.8

in the lower part of your body as well.

0:31.1

Suspect something related to the gallbladder. And it could be just the bile ducks

0:36.5

themselves being congested with what's called bile sludge, which a lot of people don't even know about that they think automatically

because there's not enough biosaults. And so it becomes thickened and it starts to plug up those little ducks and oh my goodness

1:04.5

does that create a lot of tension and pressure underneath your right

1:08.8

ribcage that can then trigger a nerve that goes up to your neck and cause referred pain anywhere up here on their trap and your back part that comes down your arm.

1:19.0

Think something related to the gallbladder or the bile ducts. There's a couple quick ways to know if you have that.

1:24.7

Just start massaging underneath your right rib cage about an inch down, about an inch off the

1:30.8

midline to the right, start pressing in the area, it's usually going to be congested, you hold the pressure for maybe a minute or two and see if that pain doesn't just go away. Another good remedy for that would be something called Tudka, which is a type of

1:44.7

bile salt that you would take on an empty stomach. I would take two in the morning, two in the afternoon,

1:50.9

and if it's really bad, you might even need some other types of bile salt right after the

1:55.8

meal. That will thin the bile, okay allow things to pass through easily and you should

2:01.8

feel relief on your right side and ultimately you need to
