Summary
As men, we do battle every single day. Not only are we fighting to maintain and grow our careers, finances, and family, we fight an internal battle at all times. We have to deal with negative self-talk, bad habits, and anxiety. It's not to say that life is always a warzone, but it can be challenging, and we can be prepared to face the challenges with a warrior's skillset.
Chris Sajnog is a Navy SEAL sniper and our third more popular all-time former guest. He is back to teach us how master our thoughts and emotions, become solid leaders, and raise strong children by adopting the Twelve Traits of a Warrior.
